Manimuthar Dam is a reservoir built on the river of
Tamirabarani. It is located at just 20 km from the town of Papanasam.
The dam is situated on the way from Ambasamudram to Pechiparai. The nearest towns are Kallidaikurichi and Ambasamudram.
